Build healthy habits by tracking your activity through the Step To It Challenge! A fun and free program that encourages people of all ages and abilities to become more active.
The challenge is not just about walking. You can convert a variety of daily activities into steps, including house cleaning, running, cycling, dancing, manual wheelchair use, and other activities. The Step To It website allows you to easily convert your activities to steps, record your steps online daily or weekly and allows you to backdate your steps if you forget to input your numbers. There is also an option to phone or fax in your numbers.

The Step To It Challenge is open to Hennepin County residents; however, anyone can participate by joining the challenge this May on behalf of Rogers’ community, school, workplace, or group home.
